Be the Reason Sarah Enrolls
Our recent Future Scholars Mentorship Series session immediately brought to mind Sarah, an exceptional international scholar whose journey reflects everything our mission stands for.
A big dream from a small city
Sarah comes from a small city in Egypt, and she carries a big vision. She wants to earn a degree in Computer Science, build a meaningful career, and pay it forward to the dreamers who come after her.
That is the kind of goal that asks for talent, determination and belief in a future that has not happened yet. Sarah has all three.
Three universities said yes
Through talent and determination, Sarah earned acceptances to Montclair State University, Syracuse University and Juniata College in Pennsylvania. Three universities said yes to her.
For any student, that is a milestone worth celebrating. It is proof of everything Sarah has already accomplished, and it is exactly what our mission is built to protect.
A paused dream, not a closed door
Then came the hard part. A financial gap remains between Sarah and her seat in the classroom. After careful thought, she made the difficult decision to defer her acceptance.
Deferring took courage. It was not giving up. Sarah's dream is paused, not over, and the door is still open for her to walk through.
This is the moment our foundation exists for. We believe in three steps: Accepted. Supported. Enrolled. Sarah has earned the first. She needs people beside her for the rest.
Help Sarah enroll for Spring 2027
Sarah needs sponsors to help cover the financial gap so she can enroll for the Spring 2027 semester. A little support creates a big impact and a lifetime of change. Together, we can turn her deferred admission into an enrolled seat this spring.
If Sarah's story moves you, we invite you to stand with her today. Your sponsorship helps one student take her place in the classroom, and it helps her pay that kindness forward for years to come.
Another way to give

Sarah's story is still being written. Be the reason Sarah enrolls.
